I made this card for my neighbours as they were going to Germany for a holiday and had never flown or been abroad before. I used my new stamps from Elzybells and coloured in with copics. I layered doodlebug paper and cardstock and cut out with my new Nesties (still trying to get to grips with these). I then finished the card off with pink gems.

Country Girl Thank You Card
I made this card for a friend at work who wanted two thank you cards to send to two host families in America who looked after her son when he went over. I absolutely adore this paper by K&Company called Sparkly Sweet as it was sooo glittery. I inked up my new Alota Country Girl Standing stamp and coloured her in with copics. I'm still not really happy with the finish you get with Copics and I'm hoping to get better with practice.

Happy Halloween Card
I made this card for a birthday party my daughter went to for Halloween (and I'm also going to enter it into the Spiral Whisper challenge). Not too sure if I used too much orange but never mind. I used my new prima flowers and a papermania glitter brad. The embossing was done with my new Cuttlebug pumpkin folder. Don't you love the cute little cat in the corner? Both stamps are from Spiral Whisper and I have used papermania gems for the stars and 'i'.

Nurse Congratulations Card
I made this card for Michelle over at The Card Grotto for passing her nursing exams. I used Nurse Lexie from Spiral Whisper for the image and coloured in with Copics. I liked the colours used in this card and it's also the 1st time I've used mini brads (glitter ones for this card, which you can't see in the photo) with Prima flowers and I like it.....The paper is by Sweet Spots by Reminisce.

Hobby Craft 12x12 Paper
It was my birthday a few weeks ago and I got brought some gift vouchers for Hobby Craft. I'd been in Hobby Craft several times since trying to spend them and could find nothing to buy!! Any hoo, at the weekend I decided to just go and buy some seriously over priced stamps, but to my suprise they had loads of Doodlebug 12x12's plus makes like K and Company, Anna Griffin, Laura Ashley & Core' dinations card stoc. So naturally I spent the vouchers of tons of 12x12 paper (luckily I had been brought some Display Dynamics 12x12 trays and of course I had to fill them :D).
I also made my first purchase of some Nestabilities (square and circle) so now I'm just waiting for them to arrive and I'll be busy making a few more cards.

Caravan Thank You Card
This is a card I made for my mother in law who bought me this stamp (we go on alot of touring caravan holidays you see). It's the first time really that I've used bold patterned paper along with a busy stamp and also copics, and I have to say I'm impressed with the out come.

George & The Dragon Birthday Card
My sister wanted me to make a card for my nephew's 1st birthday and I was stuck....then I remembered the fairytale stamps on Elzybells and as my nephew's name is George, I thought 'bingo'. I used my old Sizzlits alphabet set, and coloured the image in using water colour pencils. This was a good card day!
Birthday Tilda
This is a card I made for my Mum's birthday. Apart from the colouring of Tilda, I'm quite pleased with this card. I used some of my new SU! card and some raffia I found in my stash.

Pink Pregancy Card
I have Michelle to thank for this card as she set me the image. I made this card for my friend who has just told me she is pregnant, but I did'nt have any stamps and knew that Michelle had this fab little stamp by Amuse. Again I used some of my Doodlebug eyelets to make a tag and I love the colour of this card.

Ballerina Martha
I made this for my nieces 3rd birthday as she has just started to go to ballet and loves pink. I was going to put a chipboard no.3 on it but it spoiled the look so I just wrote it inside.

I made this card for a friend who wanted to give a card to someone to keep as a keepsake. I think it turned out quite well considering I had limited supplies!!

Male 40th Birthday
This was a disaster from start to finish......I left it too late to make and rushed the finishing touches at work today!!! I wish I had had more grosgrain ribbon to wrap round the whole of the card instead of having to just stick the bit I had on the front with double sided :o(
Ah well you live and learn, and I will never make another male card again. I have a teachers card to make next week and I am going to excel :o)
